Formerly a Director at Asante Capital, Sam was responsible for leading secondary transactions across North America, Europe, and Asia. Prior to that, he spent five years at Barclays Capital, working with both large-cap clients and financial sponsors within the Leveraged Finance Team.

At Launchbay Sam is taking his expertise and private markets experience to further drive fund development and secondary market transactions.

Sam has also co-founded three companies, which strongly ties in with Launchbay's ethos of building both financial and tech solutions for the venture secondaries sector.
