Max is a member of the Launchbay Capital Private Markets team, where he focuses on capital raising and investor coverage for the Secondary Opportunity Fund and Investment Platform. He works closely with family offices, wealth managers, and institutional intermediaries across EMEA.
Prior to joining Launchbay, he worked in the Capital Formation Group at H.I.G. Capital, where he supported fundraising for private equity, credit, and real asset strategies.
Before that, he spent time at systematic hedge fund Acadian and asset manager Pacific Asset Management, gaining experience in the institutional sales teams.
Max holds a BA (Hons) degree in International Relations from the University of Durham.
