Justin is CFO at LaunchBay where he leads finance and contributes to group strategy and operations. Previously Justin was Group CFO at FIBR, a fintech group including a tech focused SME credit provider in the UK, as well as numerous fast growth companies across varied industries including financial services, property, and fitness.

Prior to that Justin worked at Deutsche Bank and UBS.

Justin is a qualified accountant who also holds an undergraduate degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Cape Town.
