Irene Vaksman is a managing partner at Launchbay Capital where she leads the firm's Marketing, PR and IR efforts. Prior to that, Irene served as a director at BBDO international advertising agency managing brand development projects. Prior to that, she was an international marketing director in the healthcare industry.

Irene holds a BA in marketing and communications from University of Pretoria, South Africa, and a Master’s degree in marketing from Kingston University in the UK.
