Henry is an associate in the Launchbay Capital Private Markets team, where he specialises in advising on late-stage venture transactions, working closely with family offices, venture capital funds and private banks.

Prior to joining Launchbay, he worked in the capital raising teams at Oberon Investments Group and IW Capital, where he facilitated fundraising in debt and equity for high growth SMEs. Before that, he spent 3 years at fund distribution specialist LGBR Capital, where he oversaw AUM growth across a range of funds and investment strategies.

Henry holds a BA (Hons) degree in Political Economy from the University of Birmingham.
