Denis is an investment director at Launchbay focused on origination, due diligence and execution of growth and late-stage deals. He is also overseeing the day-to-day operations of Launchbay co-investment and secondary growth funds.

Denis closed multiple investment in VC backed tech companies and gained deep understanding of the private secondary market. Since 2022 he is also overseeing building of Launchbay investment platform as the head of product.

Prior to that Denis worked in the investment banking division of Renaissance Capital, a leading emerging and frontier markets investment bank.

Denis holds a Master’s degree in economics and an engineering degree.
